Tournaments, cultural performances, stared lecturers and mobility forums will take place since 20 October in all the partner universities of the alliance<\/em><\/h4>\n[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]\"EUNICEEUNICE Weeks, the major event of EUNICE European University<\/a><\/span> starts its second edition on 20th October and will run until 22nd November 2022. Tournaments, cultural sessions, invited lecturers and mobility forums are part of the programme hosted by the seven partner universities, all around a common thematic: \u201cShape your multicultural intelligence to build up your European future\u201d<\/em>.<\/p>\n

During a full month students, academics, researchers and admin staff from EUNICE network will have an opportunity to exchange ideas, learn about other cultures and make connections. For the first time, the activities will be held on-site and will also be accessible to the general public on streaming.<\/p>\n

The objective behind the EUNICE Weeks is to raise to facilitate student employment through the development of intercultural and global skills, and contacts with local companies and social structures. Promoting the European shared principles that we have in common and the rich diversity of European culture is in the core of the philosophy of EUNICE University.<\/p>\n

The EUNICE Weeks offers numerous events which are culturally diverse and accessible to all, members of EUNICE universities or not.\u00a0 In a nutshell, the following activities will be offered: two forums<\/strong> promoting student mobility<\/strong> and networking opportunities for staff within the EUNICE alliance; evening cultural sessions <\/strong>and invited lectures conferences<\/strong> on Europe and its evolution (called the \u201cEUNICE Days\u201d) and sport tournaments<\/strong> called \u201cAlliance Games\u201d (online chess and on-site volleyball).[\/vc_column_text][image_with_animation image_url=”10327″ image_size=”medium_large” animation_type=”entrance” animation=”None” animation_movement_type=”transform_y” hover_animation=”none” alignment=”” img_link_target=”_blank” border_radius=”none” box_shadow=”none” image_loading=”default” max_width=”100%” max_width_mobile=”default” img_link=”https:\/\/eunice-university.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/EUNICE-Weeks-programme.pdf”][vc_column_text]>>The full detailed programme of the EUNICE Weeks is available here<\/a><\/span><\/strong>, <\/strong><\/p>\n

EUNICE, the European University for Customised Education<\/a><\/span>, is designed to solve social and economic challenges, both globally and locally. In 2020, EUNICE was selected during the second call for pilot projects of European Universities of the European Commission. The alliance is nurtured by ten universities\u2019 intellectual and infrastructure input \u2013Pozna\u0144 University of Technology<\/a><\/span> (Poland), Brandenburg University of Technology<\/a><\/span> (Germany), University of Cantabria<\/a><\/span> (Spain), University of Mons<\/a><\/span> (Belgium), University of Catania<\/a> <\/span>(Italy), Universit\u00e9 Polytechnique Hauts-de-France<\/a><\/span> (France), University of Vaasa<\/a><\/span> (Finland), Polytechnic Institute of Viseu<\/a><\/span> (Portugal), University of Peloponnese<\/a><\/span> (Greece) and University of Karlstad<\/a><\/span> (Sweden)\u2013.<\/p>\n

This alliance, born from the European Universities initiative and funded by the European Commission, is building a solid network of interactions between educational institutions and other agents to work on social and economic challenges.<\/p>\n

EUNICE Research (Reunice project)<\/span><\/a>\u00a0was born in October 2021, funded by the EU\u2019s H2020 Research and Innovation Programme, to align research and innovation agendas within the alliance. At the core of it lie the following objectives: to enhance human capital by implementing best practices, to share research infraestructures, to foster inclusivity and equality, to promote open science and cooperation between universities and other non-academic sectors.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row]\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
