You'll visit the Finnish Parliament, government agencies, and NGOs. Then, in Vaasa, you'll study community resilience in collaboration with the city and the Ostrobothnia region. The onsite part of the course will take place from 25 to 29 May. The onsite part will start in the Finnish capital Helsinki with a visit in the Finnish Parliament, government agencies, and NGOs.
