A FOR-EU Newsletter has been launched to disseminate the outcomes and good practices of the alliances<\/em><\/h3>\n[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]Coordinators of the 44 alliances of the European Universities initiative met in Brussels on 6th March, in an event hosted by the European Commission at the Albert Borschette Centre, to address the work in progress and the issues and good practices emerging from the initiative. The meeting was chaired by Vanessa Debiais-Sainton and Jos\u00e9-Lorenzo Vall\u00e9s, Heads of Higher Education at the European Commission. EUNICE was represented by Pawe\u0142 \u015aniata\u0142a its General Coordinator, and Mariusz G\u0142\u0105bowski, Management Coordinator, both professors from Pozna\u0144 University of Technology (Poland), who shared EUNICE’s practices in branding management and European universities’ networking.<\/p>\n

The agenda included an update on European policy developments as well as the monitoring framework for the European Universities initiative. A special mention had the investment pathway for European Universities post 2027, a topic that demonstrates the strong intention of all Alliances to continue in time understanding this process as a deep transformation that is here to stay.<\/p>\n

Part of the discussion was about communication actions around the outcomes of the alliances and closer cooperation among alliances and between alliances and their ecosystems. EUNICE, the European University for Customised Education, is nurtured by ten universities\u2019 intellectual and infrastructure input \u2013Pozna\u0144 University of Technology<\/a><\/span>\u00a0(Poland),\u00a0Brandenburg University of Technology<\/a><\/span>\u00a0(Germany),\u00a0University of Cantabria<\/a><\/span>\u00a0(Spain),\u00a0University of Mons<\/a><\/span>\u00a0(Belgium),\u00a0University of Catania<\/a><\/span>\u00a0(Italy),\u00a0Universit\u00e9 Polytechnique Hauts-de-France<\/a><\/span>\u00a0(France),\u00a0University of Vaasa<\/a><\/span>\u00a0(Finland),\u00a0Polytechnic Institute of Viseu<\/a><\/span>\u00a0(Portugal),\u00a0University of Peloponnese<\/a><\/span>\u00a0(Greece) and\u00a0University of Karlstad<\/a><\/span>\u00a0(Sweden)\u2013.<\/p>\n

This alliance, born from the European Universities initiative and funded by the European Commission, is building a solid network of interactions between educational institutions and other agents to work on social and economic challenges.
