EUNICE was represented by Professor Marta G\u00f3mez, representative of the University of Cantabria (Spain), involved in EUNICE\u2019s working group related to <em>Shaping European Citizens<\/em> activities. She addressed the consortium as a key initiative for internationalisation of its partner universities and for the setting up of a network for collaboration in higher education and research.<\/p>\n<p>Attendees learnt about EUNICE European University during the panel entitled <em>Embedding global education outcomes in institutional learning and teaching programme development: Only a challenge or possible reality?<\/em> In this panel, Prof. G\u00f3mez set out the basic lines of the strategy for integrating global education into university teaching programmes. Since 2022 EUNICE offers a wide catalogue of online and blended\u00a0<span style=\"color: #3366ff\"><a style=\"color: #3366ff\" href=\"https:\/\/eunice-university.eu\/courses\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">courses<\/a><\/span>\u00a0and\u00a0<span style=\"color: #3366ff\"><a style=\"color: #3366ff\" href=\"https:\/\/eunice-university.eu\/internships\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">international internships<\/a>\u00a0<\/span>that Bachelor, Master and PhD student of the member universities can enrol and may get recognised as part of their formal academic degree with ECTS.[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]<strong>The event<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Stellenbosch International Academic Networks 2023 is the 19<sup>th<\/sup> edition of a meeting which this year coincides with the 30<sup>th<\/sup> anniversary of the internationalisation of the Stellenbosch University, in southwestern South Africa.<\/p>\n<p>This 4-day international gathering was aimed at bringing new and existing partners together to network, discuss matters regarding internationalisation and to introduce the Stellenbosch University to the participants.
