Tuesday of Researchers 2025<\/h2>\n

An event by researchers and for researchers<\/span><\/h3>\n

Save the date : Tuesday, 1st April <\/strong><\/p>\n

Mardi des Chercheurs<\/em>\u00a0(Tuesday for Researchers<\/em>) is a yearly\u00a0scientific poster contest<\/strong>\u00a0organised, in turn, by Universit\u00e9 Polytechnique Hauts-de-France (France) and University of Mons (Belgium). This year,\u00a0Mardi des Chercheurs<\/em>\u00a0will be held in Valenciennes (France). This event enables a\u00a0place of exchange<\/strong>, where to discover the research carried out by colleagues and to\u00a0trigger collaborations<\/strong>\u00a0between people, departments or institutions.<\/p>\n

Mardi des Chercheurs<\/em>\u00a0is also\u00a0open to all members of EUNICE partner institutions<\/strong>. PhD students and researchers from EUNICE institutions who wish to participate are invited to register on the\u00a0Mardi des Chercheurs<\/em> website<\/a> and to send a digital version of their poster (.pdf) by 1st<\/strong>\u00a0March 2025, <\/strong>at the latest, to\u00a0mardideschercheurs@uphf.fr<\/strong><\/a>. The posters will be printed by the University of Valenciennes and displayed at the venue.<\/p>\n

Poster Registration<\/strong><\/h3>\n

If you wish to participate, please\u00a0register now<\/u><\/a>\u00a0and send\u00a0a digital version of your poster (.pdf) by\u00a01st<\/strong>\u00a0March 2025<\/strong> to\u00a0mardideschercheurs@uphf.fr<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n

Practical Information<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Each poster presented will be entered in the poster competition and awarded with a prize (thematic prize and general prize for best poster). A special EUNICE price will be awarded to the best poster among the winning posters.<\/p>\n

The main event will take place on\u00a0Tuesday 1st April 2025<\/strong>\u00a0in Valenciennes, France.<\/p>\n

Participants can include a QR code to an audio or video file on their poster to accompany their contribution (between 30 seconds and 5 minutes). Attendance is not mandatory for EUNICE participants, but welcome.<\/p>\n

Show Your PhD<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Show Your PhD<\/em> is a competition in which you can combine your research subject\u00a0<\/strong>with your\u00a0artistic passion<\/strong>!<\/p>\n

It is an opportunity for all scientists\u00a0to put their artistic sensibility at the service of science<\/strong>: choose the medium that thrills you to popularise your research. The disciplines can be varied: drawing, painting, dancing, singing, video, music, cooking, macram\u00e9, humour\u2026 surprise us!<\/p>\n

Registration<\/strong><\/p>\n

Register to\u00a0Show Your PhD<\/em>\u00a0before 1st March 2025 <\/strong>via\u00a0this form<\/a>.<\/p>\n

EUNICE participants can send a video contribution. A draft of the work in the form of a video clip or any other document describing your performance must be produced and sent before midnight<\/strong> on 1st March 2025<\/strong> to mardideschercheurs@uphf.fr<\/a>.<\/p>\n
