Poznan University of Technology welcomed a representative of a representative of University of Cantabria\u2019s Doctoral school to work on the trilateral collaboration in joint Doctoral programmes together with University of Catania<\/h3>\n[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=”” text_direction=”default”]Poznan University of Technology (Poland) hosted a visit from Professor Lidia S\u00e1nchez, Reunice Project<\/a><\/span> Director at University of Cantabria (UC, Spain) and Transversal Training Coordinator of UC\u2019s Doctoral School in order to meet with the Management and Administration Area of PUT\u2019s Doctoral School. This activity took place as part of the INPUTDoc project and was co-financed by the Polish National Agency for Academic Exchange (NAWA) within the Internationalisation of doctoral schools STER Programme.<\/p>\n

Given that University of Cantabria and Poznan University of Technology are two of the three EUNICE partner universities (together with University of Catania) creating a joint education offer for doctoral students in the 2023-2024 academic year, Prof. S\u00e1nchez “exchanged best practices and discussed possible future collaborative actions, such as Summer Research Schools for doctoral students,” she explained.<\/p>\n

The agenda discussed key topics related to activities of the Doctoral School, recruitment and education conditions, education programmes and quality of education, among others. These discussions also concerned further possibilities of cooperation towards internationalisation.<\/p>\n

Apart form the Doctoral area, meetings were also held with employees of the European University Department and representatives of the Faculty of Engineering Management at Poznan University of Technology: Prof. Agnieszka Stachowiak, Vice-Dean for Science, together with Prof. Eng.
