As part of its Reunice (EUNICE Research) initiative, the consortium has designed a tool aimed at establishing an environment where researchers can connect, share knowledge, and engage in meaningful collaborations. Building bridges between researchers<\/h3>\n

Since its creation in 2021, the aim of Reunice is to align research and innovation agendas within the EUNICE alliance. A crucial aspect of achieving this goal is fostering an environment that encourages collaboration among the partner universities within EUNICE. To support this effort, an Open Science network has been developed: reunice4u.com<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n

So far, the 10 universities of the EUNICE consortium were added to the platform, reaching a total of 31,626 researchers, 23,4028 publications and 26 projects, in all research areas.<\/p>\n

In the future, collaborations formed through this platform can be supported by the strength of the EUNICE network.<\/strong> Another long-term goal of this tool is to be accessible to companies and associated partners of EUNICE seeking experts in specific sectors.[\/vc_column_text][divider line_type=”No Line”][vc_column_text css=”” text_direction=”default”]\n

How the platform works<\/h3>\n

If a researcher from EUNICE wishes to join the platform, they can either find their profile directly on the website or register freely (a tutorial is available here<\/a>). Once logged in, users are asked to list their research interests, which will then be used to match them with relevant research communities<\/strong>. For example, a researcher interested in sustainable agriculture can join the \u201cAgriculture, Sustainable Agriculture, Plant Nutrition\u201d community and will receive updates when new projects, articles, or communities are created.<\/p>\n

The platform also allows researchers to initiate new projects<\/strong>, either to find collaborators or to inform their EUNICE peers about their research work. A test phase until December<\/h3>\n

As a newly developed platform, this tool will undergo a test phase until the conclusion of the Reunice project in December 2024, before being officially integrated into the EUNICE network.<\/span><\/p>\n
