A <\/span>new<\/span> academic<\/span> year<\/span> marked<\/span> by<\/span> collaboration<\/span>, <\/span>internationalisation<\/span> and<\/span> student-<\/span>centred<\/span> learning.<\/span><\/span><\/h3>\n

The new academic year brings significant changes to the pedagogical innovation training offered by EUNICE \u2013 European University for Customised Education, of which the Polytechnic Institute of Viseu (IPV) is a partner.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

After an academic year focused mainly on creating the structure for pedagogical support and training at Alliance level, EUNICE is now committed to a broad and integrated approach, which values both pedagogical skills and communication in an international context.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=”” text_direction=”default”]New dimensions of training\u00a0<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The main novelty this year is the strong focus on the development of the English language, applied to different contexts of academic and professional communication \u2013 from teaching and research to project management and work meetings.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The Open Networked Learning (ONL) course, which remains a benchmark in open, collaborative learning, is on offer again. The course stands out for its introduction of innovative methodologies, particularly problem-based learning, and for the opportunity it offers for sharing and cooperation with teachers, researchers and professionals from around the world.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Digital Thursdays: a new space for sharing and reflection\u00a0<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Among the new features are Digital Thursdays, monthly informal meetings open to the entire EUNICE academic community. For 20 minutes, experiences and best practices will be shared on current topics such as artificial intelligence, pedagogical innovation tools, and teaching in an international context.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

These moments are intended to stimulate the exchange of ideas and the creation of collaborative networks between teachers, researchers, and technical-administrative staff.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cParticipants can expect a truly collaborative and transformative experience,\u2019 emphasises task 2.5 team.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0\u201cMore than just imparting knowledge, this training encourages sharing, experimentation and practical application, encouraging teachers to create more dynamic and student-centred learning environments,\u201d adds task 2.5 team.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Sharing and cooperation between European universities<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The sharing of innovative practices between partner universities remains one of the central pillars of the initiative. Each institution contributes its experience and challenges, strengthening EUNICE’s common identity and promoting equal opportunities for growth.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Universities with greater digital maturity support those in the early stages, in a process of cooperation that reinforces cohesion and a sense of belonging to a European higher education community.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2018The potential lies in showing that teaching and learning do not have to be uniform or rigid. On the contrary: they can be participatory, open and international. Through EUNICE, we promote a vision of higher education that puts the student at the centre, values transnational collaboration and prepares Europe to respond to global challenges with innovative solutions,\u2019 explains task 2.5 team.<\/span><\/p>\n
