The idea of the Consortium appeared during the meeting at Poznan University of Technology\u00a0(PUT) in June 2018. The delegation from the Universit\u00e9 Polytechnique Hauts-de-France (UPHF)\u00a0along with the President of UPHF \u2013 prof. Abdelhakim Artiba and Prof. Sebastien Grondel, Vice-President met together with prof. Tomasz \u0141odygowski, Rector of Poznan University of\u00a0Technology, and prof. Teofil Jesionowski, Vice-Rector. This is the first time when the idea of the\u00a0consortium has arisen.<\/p>\r\n\r\n
