Participants will have the opportunity to engage with established methodologies such as Lean Startup, agile development, and customer discovery\u2014essential tools for reducing uncertainty, rapidly validating hypotheses, and adapting to market needs. Special attention will be given to the role of the team, the development of complementary skills, and the creation of a shared culture focused on growth.
