Objectives of the tool

Peer-to-peer expert sessions are meant to be collegial consultations on IR challenges between peers. They are planned as a programme of :

• expert knowledge presentation ;
• experience sharing ;
• in-depth group discussions.

Peer-to-peer expert sessions make an important contribution to improving personal skills, reflecting on university organisations, and streamlining work processes in the peer institution.

This toolbox aims to support any Higher Education Institutions IROs to organize such sessions, thus implementing a real peer-to-peer assist and knowledge sharing methodology in their office and their partnerships.
