In a constantly evolving academic environment, knowledge sharing and collaboration between institutions are essential to enhance professional practices and broaden perspectives. It is within this context that EUNIConnect was created—the digital platform for the Communities of Practice (CoP) of the EUNICE Alliance.

EUNIConnect is a virtual space designed to promote exchanges, collaboration and the sharing of best practices among administrative staff at universities in the EUNICE alliance.
EUNIConnect enables staff from the 10 partner universities to identify colleagues with similar roles, discover their areas of expertise, and explore initiatives implemented across the alliance. Through a structured directory and a thematic skills map, each member can gain an overview of existing activities and know-how, identify peers, and draw inspiration from best practices, while also observing the specific characteristics of each university.

Collaborate easily and efficiently
The platform also provides tools to easily organize and participate in meetings within one’s community of practice. An integrated chat and online meeting features allow users to interact directly on the platform, without relying on external channels. Whether to solve a problem, share an idea, or launch a collaborative project, EUNIConnect streamlines networking and collective work.

Available across all ten universities of the EUNICE Alliance, EUNIConnect goes beyond institutional boundaries to create a true European network of expertise and support. Each member therefore benefits not only from a professional support platform, but also from an opportunity to expand their network and enrich their knowledge at an international level, without the need to travel.
How does it work?

- create your account on the platform,
- complete your profile,
