EUNICE Entrepreneurship Lab 2025

The EUNICE Entreprenenruship Laboratory (ELab) programme aims to cultivate a range of transversal skills, including problem-solving, innovative thinking, effective communication, and teamwork. Additionally, it focuses on developing competencies in idea generation and transforming these ideas into projects with entrepreneurial potential.

The students will learn in practice:

  • How to address the challenges in generating a new idea and developing it into a feasible project.
  • A lean methodology to validate an idea and its business potential.
  • To pitch in front of potential investors.

Resources:

  • External companies specializing in innovation.
  • Partnerships with local small, medium, and large business companies.
  • Networks with mentors and coaches to develop soft skills.

Module A -WORKSHOPS

Weekly online live sessions on Fridays from 09:00 to 12:00 CET.

Through 13 units/workshops the students will work in multidisciplinary teams to develop a business idea and prepare a pitch presenting it, with the assistance of international mentors and coachs from the Eunice Partner Universities:

  1. Kick-off session.
  2. Idea Generation.
  3. Lean Methodology (1).
  4. Lean Methodology (2).
  5. Intercultural communication.
  6. Business model canvas.
  7. Ideas challenging.
  8. Competitors and Market Size – Customer Acquisition and Product/Market fit.
  9. Business plan, financial programming and funding.
  10. Pitch preparation.
  11. Marketing plan.
  12. Equity Crowdfunding.
  13. Final event: elevator pitch competition.

MODULE B – Summer school in Catania (Italy)

30 June – 4 July 2025

  • Interactive seminars: Engage with thought leaders, companies and experts.
  • Collaborative environment: Network with like-minded peers and mentors.
  • European atmosphere: Experience a multi-country setting with participants from various European universities.
  • Historic venue: Experience the charm and inspiration of Catania’s historic university.
