During the Introduction to operations management course, you will learn to describe the elements and processes of a company’s operations, and understand the key concepts, principles, and relationships between them, that support operational processes.
Introduction to Operations Management
The course content consists of the basics of managing operations in organizations. Topics that will be covered during the course are among others: the fundamentals of operations processes and performance, analysis and control of processes, supply chains, process quality, capacity and inventory, and resource planning and control. Each topic includes real-world examples or practical exercises, and a snapshot of how trends like sustainability and digitization may affect operations.

- EUNICE student: enrolled as a Bachelor level student in one of the universities of EUNICE European University consortium (check universities here).
- Bachelor’s students have priority, Master’s students can apply.
- B2 level in English.
