NATIONAL LANGUAGES: FRENCH

Participants in the National Languages: French course will learn the very basic words and phrases of French in different everyday situations:

• greetings
• numbers – telling the time, prices
• most common phrases connected to studying
• everyday practical situations: shopping, food, going to a café/restaurant/bar, buying a train ticket, concert ticket, movie ticket online

The student will learn how French works as a language, how to understand simple texts and find information in them. The student will also get practice in listening comprehension and  learn how to correctly pronounce French. They will also get information about French and Belgian culture and society.

All assignments are asynchronous on Moodle, except from the first session.
