NATIONAL LANGUAGES: GERMAN FOR BEGINNERS

During the course National Languages: German for beginners, students will learn basic words and phrases for situations at work, at the doctor, at home and in a store and during a city trip. Students will be able to discuss about every day work and housing, to talk about their job, their apartment and setup, about clothing, the weather and travel, to write short texts, to give location information, to report about a trip.

This course is offered in collaboration between Université Polytechnique Hauts-de-France (France) and the Brandenburg University of Technology Cottbus-Senftenberg (Germany).

Courses on Friday afternoons

  • EUNICE student: enrolled as a student (Bachelor, Master or PhD) in one of the universities of EUNICE European University consortium (check universities here).
  • or EUNICE staff member: workers of any kind in one of the universities of EUNICE European University consortium.
  • Basic knowledge of English.
  • The course is for beginners with previous knowledge in German (Level A1.1, approx. 50 hours of German lessons)
