The Scientific Communication on the Internet course is related to the creation of scientific web pages and blogs and how to communicate on the Internet. We will build a web page under a user-friendly tool (WordPress) and we will see some key issues in personal branding and science outreaching.
SCIENTIFIC COMMUNICATION ON THE INTERNET
The content of the course consists of five units:
- Science outreaching on Internet and personal branding
- Hosting and domain
- WordPress installation and configuration
- WordPress structure: themes and appearance, plugins, widgets, media, pages and posts
- Blogs in science outreaching. How to make a good blog!
Asynchronous lessons.
- EUNICE student: enrolled as a student (Bachelors, Masters or PhD) in one of the universities of EUNICE European University alliance.
- B2 level of English.
