WINE SPEAK – ENGLISH FOR THE WINE INDUSTRY

WINE SPEAK course offers a specialised English language course tailored for students aspiring to thrive in the vibrant and global wine industry. This course is designed to enhance students’ communication skills, enabling them to effectively navigate and succeed in various sectors of the wine business. Through interactive lessons, practical exercises, and real-world scenarios, students will develop proficiency in wine-related terminology, industry-specific communication strategies, and cross-cultural communication within the wine world.

  1. Wine vocabulary and basics
  2. From vineyard to glass
  3. Wine culture and etiquette

Timetable:

Friday except 31 October from 9:00 to 11:00 am (WET) except 31 October

  • EUNICE student or staff member: being enrolled as a student (bachelor’s, master’s or PhD) or a staff member of one of the universities of EUNICE European University consortium (check universities here).
  • B1-B2 in English CEFR level
