The idea of the Consortium appeared during the meeting at Poznan University of Technology (PUT) in June 2018. The delegation from the Université Polytechnique Hauts-de-France (UPHF) along with the President of UPHF – prof. Abdelhakim Artiba and Prof. Sebastien Grondel, Vice-President met together with prof. Tomasz Łodygowski, Rector of Poznan University of Technology, and prof. Teofil Jesionowski, Vice-Rector. This is the first time when the idea of the consortium has arisen.
