A heartfelt and warm welcome awaiting you

In addition, you will be part of the EUNICE network by meeting and exchanging with students and teachers from the ten campuses and getting actively involved in its construction!

What are the general steps to follow?

1 Define your project

  • Select your destination: explore a range of options among 10 universities, each offering a diverse array of courses across various fields of study. Take a closer look at the course offerings from each university, evaluate the sufficiency of your language skills, and reflect on which countries and cultures resonate most with you.
  • Discuss with your international coordinators and academic coordinator about it.
  • Check your language level: if studying in another language than yours, a general B1-B2 level is recommended.

2 Check in with your local International or Mobility Office

Found your perfect match? Contact your local International Office to inquire about the application procedure: dates, form and documents to complete.

3 Fill in your « Learning Agreement »

  • A learning agreement is a contract which sets out the list of courses that the student wishes to follow in another university as well as the number of ETCS credits associated with them.
  • It must be completed in agreement with the academic coordinator of the home and host universities.
  • It is the document that will allow you to get the recognition of the courses followed abroad.

Note that:

– Participants of the Erasmus+ programme are exempt from paying tuition fees at the receiving institution and receive financial support provided by the European Commission. The partner university is responsible for the final decision on admission.
– In an individual consultation, your international office will advise you on possible options and negotiate with the respective partner university. However, participation is not guaranteed and depends on feasibility for partners involved.
Language requirements according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages.
