EUNICE European University is committed to the dissemination of research, innovation and science by participating in a wide variety of science dissemination events open to the public. We aim to make visible the research and the resources available in EUNICE alliance, fostering open science and inclusiveness.
European Researchers' Night 2024
Dive into science in an interactive way and live a unique experience for all ages that unites more than 400 European cities in celebrating scientific research in 23 countries simultaneously!
2nd Workshop on Multi-functional Materials and Sustainability
CONTENT AND OBJECTIVES
The workshop will focus on the study, synthesis, and application of materials in different strategical fields for a sustainable development. We stimulate the submission of contributes on renewable energies production, energy storage, green hydrogen, sensing, green chemistry, environment, mobility, and ICT, although other topics are welcome.
The Invisible Unveiled - Research photography exhibition
Throughout 2024 – At each EUNICE university*
The Invisible Unveiled is an itinerant photograhy exhibition project coordinated by the University of Mons (MUMONS) with the participation of several of the institutions of the EUNICE consortium. The images will be presented in each of the participating institution.
* The exhibition may not take place in all EUNICE universities, as this is a Reunice project initiative, in which not all the EUNICE universities participate but only the following ones:
Tuesday for Researchers
26 March 2024 – Mons, Belgium (registrations closed)
Mardi des Chercheurs (Tuesday for Researchers) is a yearly scientific poster contest organised, in turn, by Université Polytechnique Hauts-de-France (France) and University of Mons (Belgium). This year, Mardi des Chercheurs will be held in Mons (Belgium). It is open to researchers (including PhD candidates). EUNICE participants will be eligible for the Reunice award, a 300-euro prize for the best contribution.
- There is also another science dissemination competition called Show Your PhD. Participants can present their research topic in the format of their choice (drawing, video, photography…).
