This Polish university introduced the panel ‘European universities as an example of internationalization of higher education: challenges and areas of cooperation’, as well as presented the EUNICE alliance
Poznań University of Technology (Poland) participated in the Focus on Ukraine conference held by the Polish National Agency for Academic Exchange in early April 2023. This university was represented by the Vice-Rector for International Relations, Professor Paweł Śniatała, D.Sc. Eng., who led the introduction to the panel entitled European universities as an example of internationalization of higher education: challenges and areas of cooperation, in which the topic of the solidarity with Ukraine project was raised. Activities related to EUNICE were also presented.
Vice-Rector Śniatała was also invited to the expert panel Digital future – how technologies can support the reconstruction of free Ukraine. The topics discussed during the debates included the issue of supporting the reconstruction of free Ukraine through modern technologies, as well as the challenges and areas of cooperation of European Universities in the internationalisation of higher education.
Ms. Olha Vakhrina from Poznań University of Technology’s International Relations Office was also present. She actively develops cooperation between Ukrainian higher education units and Poznań University of Technology.
