Course content:
The high prevalence of wounds and the complexity of wound management is a major global problem for all health care systems, seriously affecting the quality of life of people and caregivers. This course focuses on the development of skills in wound research that will allow students to apply the principles of evidence – based practice, select tools for wound management, allowing a more comprehensive knowledge that will enhance a better resolution of the management of complex cases. The approach will be dynamic and based on the analys is of scientific articles and guidelines provided with subsequent analysis and transfer during discussion of real clinical cases.
