The INTERNET MARKETING course aims to provide students with knowledge on:

  • The fundamental concepts and principles of Business Process Management (BPM).
  • Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) and its application in process modeling.
  • Methods for analyzing, designing, and optimizing business processes.
  • The principles of process automation and workflow management.
  • Digital tools used for business process modeling, simulation, and automation, including platforms such as ADONIS and Bonita BPM.

The programme of the course is divided into units:

1. Introduction to Business Process Management (BPM)
2. BPMN Fundamentals
3. Process Modelling Techniques and Process Analysis and Optimization
4. Process Automation Tools and Process Simulation and Case Studies
5. Final Project

Timetable:

The course will consist of 15 lecture meetings. Each meeting will last 2 academic hours, i.e. 90 minutes. The total duration of the course will be 30 academic hours, corresponding to 22.5 clock hours.

  • EUNICE bachelor’s, master’s and doctoral student enrolled as one of the universities of EUNICE European University consortium (check the partner universities here).
  • Available to students in Electronic Business, Management, E-commerce, and related fields, but not limited to these programmes.
  • English B2.
