Inclusion and empowerment in mobility opportunities

Inclusion and empowerment in mobility opportunities is a Blended Intensive Programme designed primarily for university staff, with particular attention to professionals working in International Relations Offices and university services. The programme explores how stakeholder participation can contribute to the development of more inclusive, accessible and responsive university services, moving from traditional top-down approaches towards participatory, bottom-up and co-creative models.

Participants will explore key topics related to inclusion, diversity, equity, accessibility, intercultural competence and empowerment, considering how students, academic and administrative staff, and external stakeholders can actively contribute to decision-making and service design.

The course will be delivered in English. The BIP combines an online component on 22 October 2026 with an onsite programme in Ragusa, Italy, from 30 November to 4 December 2026.

Through lectures, expert contributions, interactive workshops, group activities and peer exchange, participants will have the opportunity to share experiences and good practices across EUNICE universities and reflect critically on their own institutional contexts. Collaborative and co-creation activities will support them in developing practical solutions for more flexible, accessible and user-centred university services.
