During the EUNICE Microcredential in Smart Tourism Marketing Lab: Consumer Behaviour, AI Tools and Sustainable Destination Strategies, students will learn to develop responsible marketing strategies and use AI and data-driven tools to support sustainable tourism destinations.

The content of the course consists of six units:
- Smart Tourism Destinations: Concepts, Challenges and Stakeholders.
- Consumer Behaviour and the Sustainable Tourist.
- AI & Digital Tools for Tourism: From Theory to Practice.
- Data-Driven Marketing for Sustainable Tourism.
- Designing Responsible Visitor Experiences (with industry guests).
- Applied Project: Smart Tourism Action Pack.

- No specific prior course is required.
- The microcredential is open to Bachelor’s, Master’s and Doctoral students and to professionals with an interest in tourism, marketing, business or related fields.
- Participants should have sufficient English proficiency to follow the couse.
- Basic digital literacy is expected; no advanced programming or AI expertise is required.
