An international workshop dedicated to all students of the EUNICE Alliance, featuring two specific focuses:
- From Idea to Impact: Skills and Tools for Successful Entrepreneurship
- Intelligent Circularity: Leveraging AI for Sustainable Business Transformation.
Speakers
- Roberto Dal Bosco – Startup mentor, expert in startup incubation, business modeling, and tech scouting, with extensive experience in acceleration programs and entrepreneurial coaching
- Antonia Pellicanò – Generative AI consultant, strategist, and educator with 20+ years of experience in digital innovation, AI adoption, and data-driven business transformation
This program is designed to develop transversal skills that combine technological innovation, sustainability, and entrepreneurship, helping you navigate a fast-changing global landscape.
The International Workshop Program
Starting from a historical analysis of the evolution of entrepreneurship, the program explores the characteristics of contemporary startups, their life cycle, and the main organizational dynamics. Participants will have the opportunity to engage with established methodologies such as Lean Startup, agile development, and customer discovery—essential tools for reducing uncertainty, rapidly validating hypotheses, and adapting to market needs. Special attention will be given to the role of the team, the development of complementary skills, and the creation of a shared culture focused on growth. Through an experiential and collaborative approach, participants will analyze practical applications of Machine Learning and Generative Design, working in international teams to tackle complex challenges and develop innovative solutions.
This represents a concrete opportunity to transform innovative ideas into entrepreneurial projects capable of competing beyond national borders, while establishing direct connections with companies, experts, and innovation stakeholders.

The online EUNICE International Workshop is part of the EUNICE Startup Academy, promoted at the University of Catania to complement the Startup Bootcamp 2026 currently ongoing for UNICT students. The objectives of these events align with the EUNICE Virtual Incubator Task: promoting an entrepreneurial culture, strengthening skills, and supporting students and PhD candidates in transforming their ideas into concrete projects with an increasingly international perspective.
