🧬 Biobanking Advanced
The course explores advanced biobanking applications in precision medicine and biomedical research, including liquid biopsy, patient-derived models, pharmacogenomics, digital pathology, multi-omics approaches, and practical work with biobank resources.
🧪 Biobanking Essentials: From Sample Collection to Data Management
The course introduces the fundamentals of biobanking, from sample collection, preservation and storage to data management, international standards, ethics, AI, big data and future technologies.
💊 Counterfeit Medicines: A Problem in Medical Sciences
The course examines the global problem of counterfeit medicines, including their distribution channels, health risks, detection methods, EU verification systems, and the role of healthcare professionals in prevention.
🦠 Infectious Diseases in Clinical Practice
The course covers current clinical challenges in infectious diseases, including tick-borne diseases, neuroinfections, tropical medicine, viral hepatitis, non-infectious liver diseases, vaccines in cancer prevention, and new directions in HIV therapy.
📊 Metabolomics
The course provides theoretical and practical training in metabolomic analysis of clinical samples using GC–MS, covering sample preparation, laboratory workflow, data processing, metabolite identification, and dataset preparation for statistical analysis.
🔬 Modern Pathology Laboratory – Effective Workflow
The course presents modern pathology laboratory workflows, including specialized diagnostic procedures, analytical quality standards, digital pathology, reporting software, slide scanning, and molecular diagnostics.
🧪 Proteomics: From Sample Preparation to Data Interpretation
The course introduces the proteomics workflow, from handling biological materials and preparing samples to LC-MS/MS analysis, protein identification, and data interpretation.
✅ Quality Control in Genetic and Molecular Laboratory – The Gold Standard
The course focuses on quality standards, internal quality control, ISO 15189-compliant procedures, next-generation sequencing standards, and practical molecular and cytogenetic laboratory quality assurance.
