In this regard, the IRO Benchmarking Toolbox offers an all-in-one key turn methodology for comparative analysis and strategic prognosis, helping partner universities to achieve the following goals:

• Comparing IR scope, activities, and strength within the consortium or partnership;
• Measuring partners’ working priorities and associated levels of expertise;
• Constituting a knowledge base for the consortium, alliance, or network;
