The International Relations Offices (IROs) of the EUNICE partner universities met on February 14 and 15 at the University of Vaasa (Finland) to discuss the EUNICE alliance PEER-IR-View project.

For more than two years now, the seven EUNICE IROs have been working on creating tools that aim at improving knowledge management within the International Relations Departments of Higher Education Institutions.

This third transnational meeting was the occasion to coordinate the numerous project’s events to come in the upcoming months, such as:

  • The incoming launch and publication of the first PEER-IR-View tools, including the IROs Video Pills Handbook created by the University of Cantabria and the IRO Benchmarking toolbox, jointly created by the University of Mons and the Université Polytechnique Hauts-de-France;
  • A test launching of the Mentoring program among the Alliance IROs by the end of March;
  • The PEER-IR-School that will be held in the University of Mons on June 13th, 14th and 15th. This learning activity will give the opportunity to any EUNICE IRO staff to learn more about the project and to take ownership of the developed tools.
  • The participation of Peer-IR-view in dissemination events, such as the 19th Erasmus Congress and Exhibition (ERACON 2023) in Rome next June.

Peer-IR-View Project is part of the actions promoted by the EUNICE partnership, funded by the Erasmus+ programme, and designed to help students to find employment and to encourage internationalisation.
